  1. Who can register?
Anybody can register. WHJ ONLINE is a virtual centre that has something for everyone. You can register to start a mood/mental health journal, seek free therapy, buy toolkits and therapy sessions or publish an article to raise mental health awareness.
  2. What is a mood/mental health journal and how does it help?
A mood/mental health journal helps to keep a record of your mental health transitions. You can use it to record your physical transitions or life trajectory as well. It is similar to keeping a diary which you aren’t afraid to disclose. Journaling has many mental health benefits like slowing down your brain, pronouncing your needs and thoughts, getting to know yourself better or exploring your stream of consciousness. You can get in touch with us and have an expert take a look at it from a professional perspective.
  3. Can I publish an article at WHJ Online?
