Internal Harmony Wellbeing Workshop

Internal Harmony is an innovative and transformative online workshop designed to provide a supportive space for individuals navigating stress and the complexities of life. Recognizing the sensitivity of mental health discussions, Internal Harmony prioritizes participant privacy. The online format allows you to engage with your inner self and/or the group synergy from the comfort of your own space, facilitating open dialogue without the constraints of face-to-face interactions. Anney Roy integrates Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt Therapy in the Internal Harmony sessions. She has several publications on the topic of mindfulness and is an expert in the field of online therapy. She has been working as a psychologist for almost a decade. Her interests are rooted in rehabilitative treatments and tools for cognitive (e.g., attention, memory, decision-making, & executive functioning), and mental (e.g., trauma processing, dissociation & related disorders unexplained by medical or neurological diseases) healthcare.
