Anney Roy integrates Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Gestalt Therapy in the Internal Harmony sessions. She has several publications on the topic of mindfulness and is an expert in the field of online therapy. She has been working as a psychologist for almost a decade. Her interests are rooted in rehabilitative treatments and tools for cognitive (e.g., attention, memory, decision-making, & executive functioning), and mental (e.g., trauma processing, dissociation & related disorders unexplained by medical or neurological diseases) healthcare.
